How to update your email settings if you use Outlook Express.

1. Once you click on Accounts, an Internet Accounts window will open up with your City of Terrell account listed. (it may be called your email address or something else but it should be for your City of Terrell email information) Click on the name to highlight it.
See diagram below for an example:

2. To the right in this window you will see a "properties" button. Click this button.
