1. You will now
click on "Servers"
tab. Where it says "My
incoming Server is a " it should say, "My incoming Server
is a POP3 server". This should already be there.

2. You will then
see "incoming mail (POP3,) server". In the space provided,
change it to say mail.cityofterrell.org NOTE
the period between mail and cityofterrell.org You will
also enter this for the "Outgoing
mail (SMTP) server. Once you enter this in both boxes, click
Next. See

3. The
account name is the whole email address. i.e jsmith@cityofterrell.org
- not just jsmith
4. Put
a check in my server requires authentication
!!! Important !!! Make sure you have selected
this option. If you do not select this option you may not be
able to send mail through the cityofterrell.org server. (Our
server requires that you authenticate yourself prior to sending
mail
through
the server).
