You can check your email online from any computer Go to http://mail.cityofterrell.org/webmail (you can also click on the "Staff Email" link at the very bottom of the city opening page and most interior pages as well.
1. Login with your entire email address (the old webmail only required your name) 2 Enter your password 3. You can view, reply and delete your emails. You can view your emails but as long as you do not delete them, they will still come into your office computer the next time you open Outlook. Remember to purge your webmail trash files after you delete emails. |
